Geraci is a single cultivar oil made with purely with Nocellara del Belice olives - a cultivar unique to Sicily. The light, fruity and bronze-yellow colour does not prepare you for the oil's spectacular fruitiness - cool, smooth, appley, grassy and mouth-filling.  Harmonious and balanced.  There is no overpowering aftertaste - just a hint of warm pepperiness. Ranked 82/100 by “L’extravergine” - the Guide to the Best Quality Oils in the World in the 2008 and 2009 Editions. Packaged in a 750ml dark glass bottle. This product is also available in a 500ml bottle.
