Organic IGP lentils from Castelluccio di Norcia.

Grown in Castelluccio di Norcia within the National Park of Monti Sibillini, at altitudes of up to 1600 meters above sea level. Extremely rich in dietary fiber, protein and iron, a diet rich in lentils reduces the incidence of heart disease and stroke and reduces cholesterol levels.

The lentils from Castelluccio are unique in colour and size and in recent years, the production area has been awarded the European Protected Geographical Indication (IGP) to protect and preserve the product.
