This golden yellow single cultivar (100% Coratina) Extra Virgin oil has a fruity, almost sweetly herbaceous scent. The flavour is elegant and composed, characterized by herb and dried fruits fresh tones with a lightly bitter and spicy finish. Wonderful as a condiment on grilled steaks or seafood. The Tenuta Rasciatano farm has been within the Porro family since 1670 and is today headed by Gian Michele Porro. It has more than 30 thousand trees of a single cultivar - Coratina - each on average more than 200 years old. All olive pressing on the farm takes place within 24 hours of the harvesting.
