This golden yellow tending to green Extra Virgin from Campania is a blend of three olive types: Ortice, Leccino and Racioppella. Its fruity with vegetable tones of grass and green tomato with a well balanced level of pepperiness and bitterness. Strongly flavoured and harmonious this is my daughter's favourite!

Vantera is produced from hand-picked olives. In order to obtain a very low free acidity grade, the production process is very rapid. The olives go through a continuous cold milling process made with traditional stone wheels. Extraction is made with a "superdecanter", an innovative low-temperature natural process without the use of mechanical filters. The result is an oil that maintains its purity in appearance, flavour and quality over time.
