We ship via Canada Post and the cost is calculated automatically for you based on your delivery postal code. You can choose from among 4 Canada Post services: Regular, Expedited, XPresspost and Priority Courier. 


We ship from Kelowna, BC and are able to ship anywhere within Canada and now also within the United States. Within BC deliveries take 2-3 work days and our coast-to-coast shipments are generally delivered in seven calendar days.
